Indigenous Graduate research students in MDHS visit Emu Sky at Old Quad: A co-curricular engagement

A Welcome (back) to campus event for Indigenous graduate research students within the faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, curator Zena Cumpston offering a live lecture to the students.

‘Having you there Zena was such a valuable experience, I think it was the absolute highlight of the day for those in attendance.  Thank you for sharing your considerable knowledge and insights, and all the stories about the inclusion of the work, how it was created, and how it spoke to the bigger picture of the exhibition.  The exhibition itself was  such an excellent framing for us as Indigenous PhD students, as we all in the process of considering  our own place  within this institute, and the kinds of change that might be possible through our combined work.' Emily Munro-Harrison (and on behalf  of all the students who attended) Indigenous Graduate Research Program Coordinator.
