This academic library was recently purchased by the University and comprises the reference library of Dr Nancy Williams BA (Stanford), MA, PhD (UC Berkeley) (b.1929), a significant academic anthropologist. It is not yet formally accessioned into the University’s collections. Over the course of her career Dr Williams created an extensive and remarkable library of monographs, legal cases, fiction and non-fiction publications, thesis and journals, relating to her broad interests, Aboriginal Australians, First Nations and Indigenous peoples of the world.
