In 2019 artists Mitch Mahoney (Boon Wurrung) and Maree Clarke (Mutti Mutti/Yorta Yorta and Boon Wurrung/Wemba Wemba) created Eel Trap, a 10-metre installation made of biodegradable reeds and grasses on the Maribynong River.
