International Museum Day Tours

To celebrate International Museum Day on Friday 18 May 2018 we are offering a series of museum and collection tours for University staff to get better acquainted with some of the University of Melbourne's rich cultural collections.

The celebration of International Museum Day has been organised by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) since 1977. The objective of the day is to raise awareness of the fact that museums are an important means of cultural exchange, enrichment of cultures and development of mutual understanding, cooperation and peace among peoples.
