Museums & Collections Loans
Museums and Collections welcomes loan requests from museums, cultural institutions, and qualified borrowers for temporary exhibitions and installations of educational significance. Museums & Collections also supports access to the collections for teaching, learning and research.
Outgoing Loans
As custodians of the University Art Collection, the Grainger Museum Collection, and the Indigenous Art and Culture Collection, the Museums and Collections department lends materials to institutions nationally and internationally.

We welcome and encourage University of Melbourne Academic Staff to integrate Museums and Collections into their curriculum.

Campus Loans
A curated selection of artworks from the University Art Collection is displayed in selected University offices, buildings and venues.
To enquire about an existing or future display, please complete the online Campus Loans Request Form.
Standard fees may apply to recover costs associated with campus loans. A quote will be provided at the time of request.
