Loan Types
Collection loans are managed by collection management staff across the University. If you are interested in borrowing items from the Museums and Collections department, you can find the relevant information below.
Campus Loans
Enquiries concerning existing works of art on display, or requests for works to be installed within approved campus venues can be made by contacting the Museums and Collections Department's Campus Loans Coordinator. A site assessment and consultation visit can be arranged to discuss suitable objects for the environment.
Teaching and Learning Requests
University of Melbourne academic staff can get in touch to discuss how the Museums and Collections Department can support your object-based learning programs.

Outgoing Loans
Cultural institutions can request to borrow material from the collections.
